2. Scanned copies of the testimonials for which verification is sought.
3. Your email address (where the verification confirmation will be sent).
4. The Verification Agency’s / Institute’s name, mobile number and office address.
5. A payment of 300 EUR through Bank Transfer towards the official Verification Fees for each candidate.
